1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zelf, provided by IoTCrazy Technologies Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2 Description of Service

Zelf provides a smart QR code and NFC-based ordering platform for restaurants, facilitating communication between customers and restaurant POS systems.

3 User Responsibilities

For Customers

• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Pay for all items ordered through the platform
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent activity

For Restaurant Partners

• Maintain accurate menu prices and descriptions
• Keep Zelf and POS account credentials secure
• Fulfill orders placed through Zelf in a timely manner

4 Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through Square or Clover. Zelf is not responsible for payment disputes caused by these third parties. Restaurant partners agree to pay subscription fees as outlined in their plan.

5 Intellectual Property

All content in the service is the property of IoTCrazy Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

6 Limitation of Liability

Zelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

7 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to users or our business.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where IoTCrazy Technologies Inc. is registered.
